The Washington, DC Design House began in 2008 as a unique opportunity for DC top area designers to showcase their talents into a “flowing design home” and raise funds for a local charity. What began as a single event goal to raise funds for Children’s National Health System, formerly Children’s National Medical Center, has developed into the region’s foremost annual residential design attraction and as a leading annual fundraiser event for Children’s National Health System.

Open for all of October, the 2016 DC Design House featured loads of Evans & Sheldon, including Quintus, Taffard, Décor de Paris, Taffard, Nile & York, and Penny Morrison.

The Victoria at Home's Master Bedroom Suite, complete with Taffard embroidery and Décor de Paris trimming.

The Library and Whiskey Bar, by Josh Hildreth and Victor Sanz, featured Quintus chairs, Taffard embroidery, Penny Morrison pillows, and Décor de Paris trimming.
